Before this most of small medium business spend more money to pay their monthly phone bill. The more their business growth the big amount entitle for their phone bill. Unlucky for business owner who get irresponsible employees who using their company’s phone for personal use. However, communication industry already growth enough to provide business owner more time for call and more money to save for their communication budget.

VoIP stands for Voice over Internet Protocol, is one of the most easy way to increase communication efficiently at low cost. Even at certain country this service is still at beta tester, however this technology already been wide use by most of country around U.S and Europe. VoIP is easy to be used even my niece know how to make a call from her house to mine using VoIP. Moreover we can found a lot of VOIP Reviews by costumer service, hence I will share some tips on how to setup VoIP in our home:

1. We need a VoIP phone – we cannot use an ordinary (PSTN) phone unless it specifically mentions VoIP or Skype. So please double check this with your phone line provider.

2. Follow the instructions provided by the VoIP company in which you obtain your phone adapter. Some phone need to link together with cable modem and our router.

3. Connect a telephone to the LINE 1 port of the phone adaptor using a standard phone line. Same instruction when we want to use our regular phone.

4. Power on your phone adapter by plugging in the power cord to the back of the adapter and and the plug into the wall outlet. You should leave this plugged in at all times to maintain your phone service.

5. Wait a couple minutes while your phone adaptor starts up. If there are errors happen, please unplug and reinstall back.

6. There may be updates that need to be downloaded, such as new firmware or changes to your features. These will be downloaded automatically. Do not unplug until this process finished.

7. Pick up our telephone receiver and listen for a dial tone. If you hear a dial tone, you have finished the installation and can begin making calls.

If you familiar with regular phone setting, all above step is much easier. For more details on VOIP reviews and DSL services, head over to Spectrotel.
